THE BOOK
Eating Disorders: Nutrition Therapy in the Recovery Process was written by Dan Reiff and Dr. Kim. Although the title suggests it is a book about nutrition therapy, it is actually a book about all aspects of treatment and recovery. We wrote it so that it would be used by eating disorder professionals while at the same time used language that could be easily understood by people in recovery and their families. Eating disorders are very complex problems. We believe that the more everyone understands about their etiology and treatment (professionals and patients and family members alike), the better the chances of achieving recovery.
